Text Message Terms

These terms govern the text message notification program operated by Convexity Wealth Management, LLC (“Convexity,” “we,” “us”). By opting in, you agree to them.

What the program is

Convexity publishes original research and market commentary in The Journal several times a year. If you opt in, we will send you a text message when a new piece is published, containing a short description and a link to read it. We do not send investment advice, recommendations, account information, or anything requiring a response by text message.

How to join

You may opt in through the sign-up form on convexitywm.com, which is linked from our email commentary. You must enter your own mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive messages. After you sign up, we will send one confirmation message; you must reply to it before any further messages are sent. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any service we provide, and declining will not affect your relationship with us in any way.

Message frequency and cost

Approximately four messages per year, corresponding to our publishing schedule. This is an estimate and may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan; Convexity does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed. QUIT, END, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. You may also simply reply in your own words — we read every reply within one business day and will honour any request to stop, however it is phrased. You do not need to use a particular word. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

Your information

The mobile number you provide is used only to send you these notifications. It is handled in accordance with our privacy notice, which describes what we collect, what our service providers receive, and how we protect it. The notice is available at convexitywm.com and is delivered to clients annually.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorised user of the mobile number you provide.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always the one published at convexitywm.com, and the effective date appears above. If we change the program materially, we will say so in a message before the change takes effect.
